21 Db is an acoustic and audio consultant studio offering solutions to bad acoustics.

They approached 4 artists to each create a short film on why sound matters the only constraint being: black and white .

This film is narrated through the noise of the city – particularly Beirut.

It is screened in Wolf kino, Berlin .
